Thank you for shopping at Havoc Calls. The following terms apply to orders placed on havoccalls.com.

Free shipping on orders $100.00 or more within the Continental United States.

Processing time: Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). High volume may add a few days—we'll contact you if there's a significant delay.

Shipping rates: Calculated at checkout. USPS Priority is commonly available (rates shown at checkout). Overnight delivery is not currently available.

Addresses: We ship to U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Tracking: You'll receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking once your order ships (tracking may take up to 24 hours to activate).

Customs & taxes: International customers are responsible for any customs, duties, or taxes applied to their order.

Damages in transit: If your package arrives damaged, contact the carrier to file a claim and save packaging materials. Contact us at info@havoccalls.com so we can help.
